This includes the following services: Empty the TEMP directory Empty the Temporary Internet Files Directory Clear all cookies Clear history Defragmentation of the hard drive Full system backup 2
Price: $70.00

*All specials include the neccessary software and hardware to perform said services unless otherwise noted. Labor is included. A $25.00 fee will be charged, as per our Terms of Service, if you cancel said services once we arrive at the job site.

1 If we discover a virus or spyware we cannot clean without erasing the entire hard drive and reinstalling your operating system, you will not be charged the $60.00 price. Instead, we will revert to our flat labor rate of $40.00/hr and charges will be applied for any other services required to complete the job. We will inform you of the situation before performing any additional services. If, at that time, you decide to cancel the service, a $25.00 fee will be charged as per our Terms of Service.

2 We provide all hardware and software required to perform the backup. Backups are done using recordable dvds or cdroms. If you desire other means for backing up your data, consult our sales team for other possible options and charges.
